Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments at ORA Skin, Hair & Aesthetics may be booked through the website booking form, by calling +91 99893 61555, or via WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to doctor and slot availability, and are confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation call or message from our team.

Booking Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from ORA via call, WhatsApp or SMS. Submitting the online form initiates the booking process — it does not guarantee a specific slot until confirmed by our team.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information when booking — including your name, contact details and the treatment or concern for which you are seeking consultation. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your appointment.
Cancellation by Client: We request that you notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling request at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient. You may notify us via WhatsApp at +91 99893 61555 or by calling our clinic directly.
No-Show Policy: Repeated no-shows (failing to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice) may result in pre-payment being required for future bookings.
Cancellation by ORA: ORA Skin, Hair & Aesthetics reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment due to doctor unavailability, medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative slot or a full refund of any pre-payment made.
Walk-In Clients: Walk-in clients are accommodated subject to slot availability. We strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Treatment Terms & Clinical Consent

All treatments at ORA Skin, Hair & Aesthetics are provided by or under the direct supervision of board-certified dermatologists. A clinical consultation and assessment is conducted before any treatment is recommended or undertaken.

Clinical Assessment First: ORA's approach is "diagnose before prescribing." No treatment is initiated without a doctor's assessment specific to your skin type, hair type, health history and current condition. You are not obligated to proceed with any treatment recommended during your consultation.
Informed Consent: Before any procedure, our doctor will explain the treatment, its purpose, the procedure, expected outcomes, possible side effects, aftercare requirements, and alternatives. You are entitled to ask questions before giving your consent. Verbal and/or written consent will be obtained prior to treatment.
Your Right to Decline: You have the right to decline any recommended treatment at any stage, without any obligation. Our recommendation is based on clinical assessment — the final decision rests with you.
Accurate Medical History: You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, prior treatments and health conditions to your ORA doctor before treatment. Withholding relevant health information may affect the safety or efficacy of your treatment. ORA cannot be held liable for adverse outcomes arising from undisclosed medical information.
Aftercare Compliance: Post-treatment instructions provided by your ORA doctor are an essential part of your treatment. Failure to follow aftercare instructions (e.g. sun protection after laser, head care after hair transplant) may adversely affect your results and/or recovery. ORA is not responsible for outcomes affected by non-compliance with aftercare advice.
Package Terms: Where treatment packages are purchased, they are non-transferable to another person. Package validity periods are communicated at the time of purchase. Sessions may be rescheduled within the validity period subject to availability.

The following factors influence treatment outcomes: skin type and tone (Fitzpatrick classification), hair type and density, severity of the condition, age, hormonal profile, lifestyle, diet, underlying health conditions, genetic predisposition, compliance with aftercare instructions, and the number of sessions completed.

Before-and-after results shown on our website, social media or marketing materials represent individual outcomes and do not guarantee identical results for every client. These results are illustrative examples, not a promise of specific outcomes.

Pricing, Payments & Refund Policy

ORA Skin, Hair & Aesthetics operates on a policy of full pricing transparency. We do not charge hidden fees. The treatment cost, session count estimate and total package pricing (if applicable) are disclosed in writing prior to your first paid session.

Free Diagnosis: The free skin and hair diagnosis offered to new clients is genuinely free. There is no obligation to book any paid treatment after the free diagnosis. Zero cost means zero cost — no consultation fees, no hidden charges.
Transparent Pricing: All session and package prices are communicated clearly before payment. Price lists are available at the clinic. Website pricing, where mentioned, is approximate — final pricing is confirmed at or before your first paid appointment.
Payment Methods: ORA accepts cash, UPI, debit card, and credit card. 0% EMI is available on select treatments (hair transplant and select packages) — EMI terms are provided by the relevant financial institution and are subject to their approval criteria.
Refund Policy: Where a treatment session has not yet been conducted and a package has been prepaid, a refund request may be made by contacting dm@oraskinclinics.com. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, less any administrative fees incurred. Sessions already completed are non-refundable. Hair transplant deposits are refundable only if cancelled more than 7 days before the procedure date.
GST: All prices displayed include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise. GST invoices are issued for all treatments upon request.

The 50% discount applies to the first single treatment session. It does not apply to packages, hair transplant procedures, surgical procedures, or any bundled offering.
The regular session price for each treatment is displayed at the clinic and confirmed during your free diagnosis. The 50% discount is applied to this regular price.
Cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotional price. Only one promotional offer applies per booking.
Valid for the calendar month specified in the promotion. ORA will confirm the current validity period at the time of your booking.
ORA reserves the right to modify, extend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice on the website.

Google Ads Healthcare Policy: All Google Ads campaigns comply with Google's Healthcare & Medicines advertising policy. Our ad copy uses qualified clinical language and does not make absolute or misleading health claims. Landing pages comply with Google's destination URL requirements including privacy policy visibility, truthful claims and absence of misleading pricing.
Meta Healthcare Advertising Policy: Our Meta advertising campaigns do not use before/after imagery in ad creatives (prohibited under Meta's Healthcare and Wellness policy). Ad copy does not target audiences based on health conditions or create negative self-perception. All conversion tracking is configured to transmit non-health, anonymised signals only.
ASCI Guidelines: All promotional claims in our advertising comply with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Code. Discounts are genuine reductions from regular prices. Testimonials and results shown reflect real client experiences obtained with appropriate consent.

Step 2 — Escalation: If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the clinic management at the same contact details, marked: "Complaint — Escalation." We will conduct a review and respond within 10 additional business days.
Consumer Protection: If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you retain the right to approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or the appropriate Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
